Lower Park Playground & Equipment
The lower playground equipment is over 30 years old, original to the neighborhood, and at the end of its useful life. Members in the community have consistently vocalized it’s time to replace and refresh the lower park as a key investment in our community.

Landscaping Clean-up/Overhaul
As a result of improper maintenance over the years,
Several areas throughout Forster Woods need to be cleaned up. Bushes/plants/specific trees are severely overgrown, mulch beds have not been adequately replaced, and dead or decaying shrubs/bushes/small trees need to be replaced. All these things are unfortunately outside of the normal standard maintenance contract with landscaping companies.

Bridge Engineering Assessment
Similar to the playground, the bridges are 30 years old and need to be properly assessed to repair damage to particular parts. The HOA team contacted
various experts and determined we need an engineer to complete an assessment of the bridges prior to any work being scoped, quoted and executed by a construction team to address the concerns. This is as a pre-curser to the actual repair that might need to take place.

Sprinkler Repair/Replacement
Pacific Landscaping did an assessment of our sprinklers throughout the community, and they identified that several of them need to be fixed.
